Three years ago I was reaching the darkest point of my burnout. My vital fire was all but extinguished, my health rapidly diminishing. I was emaciated, weak and scared.

Have you ever gotten really fired up about starting something new, and then before you know it, you’re stuck?

It’s that four letter word again.

Our bodies (and everything around us for that matter) are mostly made up of empty space.

Let’s take a moment to really appreciate that space.

It struck me today how much time I spend worrying about whether I made the right choice.

Giving myself a hard time over a choice I made in the past or worrying about how a decision will affect my future.

Fuck that!

The only thing stopping me is me

I have become aware that language is extremely powerful, and I have been changing the way I speak about myself in order to use some of this power to my advantage.
